Activities in & around Kuah, Langkawi
While originally Kuah was a fishing village, over time it has changed to become the commercial hub and capital of Langkawi. Fishing in this area has long gone and given way to busy activities of business and shopping. There are no public beaches in Kuah except for one manmade beach and a muddy waterfront near the Laden La park. So There aren’t any beach or water activities in Kuah. If you plan to stay in Kuah, then your options are to cool off and get a relaxing treatment in a spa, or visit a fitness center and get you body back in shape before you launch into further strenuous activities.
